Twinvir has been tested:
Here's one doc: fixhepc.com/images/coa/NMI-NATA-Sofosbuvir-Certification.pdf
And it says:
The 1H NMR matches that for a sample of sofosbuvir extracted from tablets of Twinvir™, and the spectrum reported in J. Med. Chem., 2010, 53, 7202-7218.
Is lesovir still avaible in Beximco? Somebody claims that it is not available for the moment. Can you ask them?

i contacted this company today and was told they do not have any Lesovir-C available at the moment and could not tell me when they would get more. additionally, they indicated it would be easier for them to supply me with the drugs if i had a prescription from a doctor in their country.

I know these meds are not supplied in thailand, but that might not stop a doctor from prescribing them... similar to what australian doctors are doing. My only point was the inference the supplier made to a local (bangladesh) prescription making the process easier.

When I got my Indian Sof through Greg Jefferys, I had to provide a prescription from a UK doctor, and it's my understanding that the Indian charity that sources the Sof for Greg used that to get a reciprocal prescription from an Indian doctor which was needed to obtain the Sof. Maybe it's the same in Bangladesh?

Anyway I prefer Lesovir....

I emailed them yesterday to see if the Lesovir-C is in stock and the cost of it. They haven't replied to me yet. I also asked if they can post to UK

Others have said Beximco are a bit slow at responding sometimes. AFAIK they're out of stock at the moment. If you can use Sof/Dac, Beacon's rep told Dr Freeman that they'd sent him a a sample from stock, not R & D samples, so on 12th October they had stock.

Also, wrt contact, Bangladesh is in a time zone several hours ahead of the UK, and it's weekend is Friday and Saturday (Friday is Islam's holy day), so nothing doing until Sunday 18th anyway.
